10am Land risers/screen/desks. Drum riser 8x8x24", 2 - 4x8x16" for band. 4x4x8-12" for "beauty school" bit(next to piano).
Need some kind of prop table next to piano.
Ladder crew on(house plot, 4 colors + 6 specials. 1 special w/ blue light for fog effect.
Need an F-100 w/ DMX. Show called from FOH. Need FOH and Mon engineers. Video, house announce and CD playback go to Mon desk down separate lines.
12noon Load-in backline(need: Motif EF-8 w/ single tier stand, 4-10 w/ GK head, Mesa Mk ii, iii, or iv, Vox AC-30 or Blues DeVille.
Yamaha kit w/ 10. 12, 16 tom. Need cymbal kit plus spare snare and throne.
1:30pm Start making noise.
3:00pm Reh. with band. Soft drinks/snacks for the reh. (10 local musicians).
6:00pm Reh ends. Touch-up Steinway. Dinner.
7:00pm Doors.
7:45pm Soft drinks, fruit and cheese for dressing room.
